Here is how we work with our clients: 

• We work with leaders at your organization, from the C-Level to Managers, Human Resources, and the Leadership team
• We engage in conversations through a flexible number of sessions, tailored to your needs and budget. 
• If you already have veterans working on your team, we  will talk with them to figure out what programs of support they’d be mostly likely to benefit from.
• We’d coach them to be the best employees they can be. They’d be invited to attend FREE Zoom sessions
• Our engagements typically last one month with an employer. 

Well…we know that veterans often:

• Have rough language
• May not dress appropriately
• Have appointments that may not be bookable until 8 months, so it’s of the utmost importance that they’re able to have and keep those appointments.

These things can negatively affect veteran’s work output for your company.
